From co-founding the popular KDI Computers enterprise in Lake City in 1993, to founding North Florida's most-trusted Tech Services company, Totally Covered (TŌCŌ), Derek has served individuals and corporate clients large and small for over 20 years. He made headlines when he co-founded Lake City and Live Oak's leading Internet provider, Internet Service Group, in 1995. He continues to provide unrestrained service to all his clients. Working with local people since before the first internet boom, Derek has hands-on experience with how technology affects local industry. Staying ahead of technology's frequent changes is Derek's sixth sense.

Matt manages all of our support teams. He focuses on the various facets of technology that revolve around data systems and servers, whether that’s securing systems for compliance or designing best practices. Prior to heading support at TŌCŌ, he managed a complex computer infrastructure as implemented by the City of Lake City Tech Department. Matt has consulted and advised entrepreneurs, professionals, and business veterans on best technology practices for over 15 years.
Information Officer & Professional Services
John informs our customers' management teams on budget issues, risks, and system recommendations. He also implements new tech and organizes support escalations. John's passion for excellence and experience makes him a valuable asset to businesses in the area.
Tom is responsible for providing complete, thorough IT service. His decades of experience in the field allow him to provide unparalleled stability to our clients. He regulates our proactive systems, including monitoring, antivirus, backup, and cloud services.
Brad handles remote support, phone support, and more from TŌCŌ's main office. He is also an experienced on-site technician and is often called upon for assistance with reactive support and large on-site jobs.
Dalton works with our Remote Helpdesk, coordinates onsite service, and helps with how-to questions. Dalton brings his own diligence and energy to work and is a trusted resource for our clients.

Jason Dobson (Self-Portrait)
Jason got his start working with Internet Service Group, a pioneering Internet Service Provider in Lake City and Live Oak, Florida. He helps in all things related to the Web, whether that’s securing a trademark for a logo design or helping clients work through complex Web management systems. Before joining TŌCŌ, he was an associate at Lake City Community College. Jason also represents businesses on Web promotion matters. Jason is a Cisco certified technician and keeps Web services running smoothly.
